Eligibility for Return:

• Item must be returned within 30 days of receiving it.

• Item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

What You Can Return: Most products are eligible, except:

• Perishable or consumable goods

• Personal care items (unless faulty)

• Clearance or final sale items

How to Start a Return: Email our team at returns@ozbargains.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and return address details.

Refunds: Once your item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges: We’re happy to process exchanges for items of equal or lesser value (stock permitting).
